Port Hardy is on the Northern tip of Vancouver Island and is a destination dive for many local and international visitors. One of the most spectacular sites is Browning Wall which cannot be compared with any other dive site in the world. The whole area is fed by plankton-rich tidal waters which makes for exceptionally lush invertebrate life. We see octopus, wolf eels, crag, anemones, corals, sea stars sponges and all sorts of local fish. For the last several years, we have been diving with Dan at Mamro Adventures on one of the last live-a-board dives boats in the area. www.mamro.com
